I just thought I would write a few lines to let you know how pleased I am with the black Mercedes SLK which I purchased from you on 9th March. I have now covered nearly 500 miles in the car and I am very impressed with the way it drives, it is faultless and certainly belies it's age. From my first contact with Janki, through to my dealings with Tony and Jamie upon collection, the whole process was completely stress free and everything was completed with the minimum of fuss and the car was beautifully prepared and presented. All three of your staff that I met are a credit to your organisation and I would have no qualms in recommending your company to anyone looking for a used Mercedes-Benz, in fact I have been treated less courteously at a main dealership when purchasing cars four times the price I paid for the SLK. I will certainly be back when the time comes to change my C-Class estate. Keep up the good work!

I took my Jaguar XF 3.0 to Jay and his team with a list of faults I wanted rectifying....I had previously always took my car their for small jobs and mots...however this was much more work that I had neglected and the jobs had built up over the last 3 years.
So a small oil leak,rear passenger door lock u/s,front grill damage,renewal of front break pads, interior lights kept coming on,and brake pad lights coming on....ok so they said 2 days I called and they said another couple of days and then again the same happened ,another couple of days .so I went in to see them.Darren their best mechanic showed me my car ....the top of the engine was in bits and they were extremely busy,they were waiting for parts which I knew was true because I had done my own research.so no one at that time was working on my baby...I was upset and anxious. After that visit I left them to it feeling anxious but had no choice. Everything was going through my mind , I even thought Iâ€™m gonna part exchange it when I get it back it will never be the same.
Today 9/10/2018 I collected my car I test drove it and checked it over before I paid. my car was pristine inside and out all jobs were completed to a high standard and tbh I am not going to part exchange it...I love it. I am glad jay and his team kept me waiting, I know the oil leak was an extremely labour intensive and complicated job and I am glad they persisted with it ....so Darren, jay and his wife. Thank you so much I am so pleased with the results and the fact that you did a job, which by jaguar records should be a 12 hr job and you only charged me 4 hrs labour is an exceptional service. Now I understand why this took so long. As obviously you had other work booked in and didn't expect mine to be such a big job.i must apologise that I seemed abrupt and anxious.
